Now, I have had my own encounters with a pink power ranger before, however the dude in the video below is pursued by a flash mob of assorted cosplaying power rangers through the otaku mecca streets of Tokyo’s electric town, Akihabara.
After a spirited chase he is finally caught and inducted into the cosplaying power ranger gang and presented with a pink power ranger suit and a pair of Nikes.
This is actually an old NIKEid advertisement aimed at increasing Japanese awareness of NIKEid’s endless individual colour possibilities with super heroes to save people from living boring, dull, colourless lives.

A great ad, and it does get it’s point across that there are a lot of Nike colors
yeah man, what a classic ad. i thought that power rangers could only use their powers in defense tho.

i believe that there is a specific clause in the power ranger instruction manual that says just that.
‘strictly only use powers for self-defense except when stripping people in street…’

This ad is brilliant, and like others have said, how the hell would you get away with explaining that one to the boss, especially when you turn up in a pink jump suit?

i’m just wondering why the dude in the vid got the pink suit. in the nike id advertisement image (under the video in the post) the pink power ranger clearly has breasts.
