Well, here it is folks. It has been a while but you have arrived at part 1 of a short series on Mai Waifu. I touched on Mai Waifu back in Japan, You’re Doing It Wrong but there is so much more to say.
Engrish for “My Wife”, it is a colloquial catchphrase adopted by otaku circles and anime fans when discussing their unhealthy attraction for fictional, two-dimensional female characters out of the Japanese anime, manga and video-game subculture.
